The decision to cancel due to heat is made at 4:00 pm based on the forecast for 7:00 pm in Pembroke according to Environment Canada.

Games will be canceled for U10 & U12 when the humidex is 37 or higher and 40 or higher for U15 and U18.

Coaches will be notified. Watch this space. "No news is 'go' news."

Assignments and Cancelations

RefCentre

Game offers are made using RefCentre. Make sure all of your preferences and details are set up appropriately or you may not receive any offers.

Games will be offered first to club referees before looking broader.
Small sided games will be offered first to small sided referees.
Games will be offered based on referees' availability, division eligibility, and field preferences.
Subject to #2, every effort will be made to offer games on an even basis giving everyone equal opportunity.
Small sided referees playing on a Petawawa competitive team but from other communities may be offered Petawawa games. However, as they will be in Petawawa primarily for their practice, Petawawa will not be compensating for travel.

Declining a game will cause you to be unavailable for any other RefCentre-assigned games on that date.
If you need to decline but remain available for another game, do not "decline."
Email the assignor advising of the situation. The advisor will rescind the offer and provide you with another game offer if appropriate.
