Becky Bergeron

U15 Girls

 

Coaching since 2021, Becky’s approach to the task digs deeper than just the skills on the pitch.
 
“I really take to heart that VUSL is a Rec league that is here to nurture a love of sport & positive relationships. Nothing saddens me more than knowing, statistically, the majority of girls I coach will stop playing organized sport in the next year or two. I want them to keep playing, and I want them to KNOW I am willing to work to keep them on the pitch.”
 
Coach Becky’s coaching philosophy is why she is loved by kids and parents alike: “We’re here for a good time; not a long time.” With infectious enthusiasm and an upbeat attitude, she makes every minute “a good time."
